In the last episode, I talked about my experience with anxiety and I kind of like, I did a little bit of a deep dive.
Not all the way, like we didn't go too deep, but I talked about my anxiety and I ended that episode on the message that, you know, trust that everything will work out. It will all work out the way it's meant to.
And there's a song that is literally— like, I played this song on repeat when I was a student teacher because I experienced a lot of anxiety and a lot of stress during that time and it kind of, like, was my mantra a little bit.
So the line that I'm talking about specifically was for all the things that you've ever dreamed, it could work out so don't stress out. It will happen if it's meant to be so don't stress out things could work out.
I don't know what it is about those those words but it was like I needed to hear that. I remember I played it on repeat so many times. It was like I needed someone to tell me that. I needed to hear that and it calmed my anxiety about whatever I was stressed about. Whether that was my observation, or a lesson that I was doing, or just after college life— like not knowing what's to come, what's going to come next now that I know that I don't want to be a teacher right now.
So yeah, I wanted to share this song with you. It's Stressed Out by Babyface. It's a banger. I mean, if you need some affirmations, this is a song for you. This song will make you feel better, no matter what you're stressed out about. No matter what you're anxious about.
